The rewrite cut support requests, reduced the number of servers needed to run it, and turned scheduling into a foundation the team could keep building new features on top of.
Critiq — async expert feedbackAn end-to-end product I founded and built from idea to production. Customers send videos, photos, and PDFs to experts and get feedback back as a video; experts record their camera, voice, media, and annotations from their phone. I built the whole platform, including the e-commerce flow from customer payments to expert payouts.
QuickChart — telehealth platformA full telehealth platform for a medical-scribe company — video conferencing plus direct outbound phone calling. Alongside it I shipped a standalone, third-party-free transcription service, set up continuous integration, and helped the product reach SOC 2 compliance.
Rapidscreen — compliance engineA platform that let organizations define their own protocols and processes and automatically keep their people compliant, chasing missing information until every requirement was met. It generalized the bespoke COVID-19 testing workflows we had been building for clients by hand.
